How we build the show calendar
Where the information comes from
Dates, locations, prices and entry rules come from each show’s own website. We also watch a short list of industry calendars and news sources to spot new shows, then confirm every one on the organizer’s site before it goes on the calendar.
Every fact we publish is tied to the page that states it. Where a detail matters most, like a price or an entry requirement, we link to that page.
Who decides what’s listed
The TacticalPay team picks the sources and sets the rules. The calendar is for FFLs and firearms-industry businesses: trade shows, dealer shows run by distributors and buying groups, major conventions with industry exhibit halls, and compliance events. Collector shows and local gun shows aren’t listed.
How we keep it current
We check each show’s pages on a regular schedule, and more often as a show gets close. When a date, venue or price changes, a person on our team reviews it before it goes live. If we can’t confirm a detail, we leave it out.
